Sugar Biscuit

Ingredients
Makhsous Flour: ½2 - 3 Cup   
Sugar: 1   Cup   
Butter: 200g
Egg: 1 piece   
Vanilla: 1tea spoon
One egg white and brown sugar

Method:
1 - Mix butter and sugar
2 - Add egg and vanilla
3 - Add flour to make dough
4 - Roll dough into cylinder shape , and wrap in silicon paper and leave for 2 hours in fridge
5 - Brush with egg white and roll in brown sugar
6 - Divide into biscuit shapes and place on baking trays

Oven temperature: 170 degree
Oven time: 10 minutes
