Savory Croissant

Ingredients
Alawal Flour: 6 Cups
Oil: ½ Cup
Yogurt: 1 Cup
Yeast: 2 Table spoon
Water: 1½ Cup
Salt: 1 teaspoons
Sugar: 1 teaspoons

Method
1 - Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt
2 - Add yogurt ,oil and water  and mix well
3 - Cover dough with plastic and leave dough for 15 minutes
4 - Roll , cut and fill with vegetables, cheese or meat
5 - Brush with egg and decorate with sesame or cumin and leave to rise  

Baking Temperature: 180˚C
Baking Time: 25 – 30 Minutes
