Ingredients Egg: 10 pieces Sugar: ½1 Cup Makhsous Flour: ¼2 Cup Vanilla: 1 tea spoon
Method: 1 - Whisk eggs and sugar with mixer for 10 minutes until thick 2 - Add flour and vanilla gently by hand mixer 3 - Pour mixer onto greased tray and bake 4 - After baking gateaux leave to cool, then cut to required shapes and fill and decorate with cream
Oven temperature: 180 degree Oven time: 25 minutes
