Ingredients
Semolina: 5 Cups
Sugar: 2 Cups
Ghee: 1 cup
Coconuts: 1 cup
Baking powder: 1 Table spoon
Egg: 2 pieces
Yogurt: 2 Cups
Vanilla: 1 Teaspoons

Method
1 - Mix all ingredients well.
2  -Place onto greased baking tray with sides.

Baking Temperature: 180˚C
Baking Time: 20-25 Minutes

3-Pour cold syrup over basbusa when still warm.

Syrup
Boil 1 liter of water with 1 kg of sugar, then add lemon.
